Flexible thinking, flexible working
Policy into Practice Workshops 2008.
In line with Government plans to exend the right to request flexible working for those with children up to the age of 16, we have been running a series of workshops to help business turn policy into practice. We have now run two of our planned series of workshops and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.Special thanks go to Yorkshire Forward, BT and UKRC for supporting these workshops for us via funding, venue provision and best practice sharing. Delegates fedback that they wanted ongoing shared learning and support, with access to practical tools and solutions in relation to planning, implementing and managing flexible working. We are currently developing a service, which will provide your organisation with everything you need to bring your flexible working policy into practice.
